NOTE: Monthly payments are only available on policies over £50.00

Who are PCL/Premium Credit? chevron_down

Premium Credit is the leading premium finance company in the UK and Ireland.
When you choose to pay for your insurance policy with us, your credit agreement will be provided by Premium Credit.

Please note: A credit search will be carried out which will leave a footprint. Interest charges apply.

How to contact Premium Credit/PCL chevron_down

If you need to discuss your Premium Credit agreement please contact Premium Credit on 0344 736 9836.

Why have I been charged a £25 fee? chevron_down

If you have chosen to pay for your insurance policy monthly, there are fees applicable for missed payments or if your credit agreement has not been completed.

If you are seeing any additional fees on your statement and have a monthly instalment plan with Premium Credit, you will need to contact them on 0344 736 9836.

Why have two monthly payments been taken? chevron_down

The reason that you have been charged 2 payments is because these are the first 2 out of your 10 monthly payments for your policy.

When a policy renews, our partners Premium Credit will collect the first 2 out of the 10 monthly payments from the customer around the same day. This is due to the first payment after renewal taking up to 10 working days to be set up and then your payments continue as normal on the usual payment date so the first 2 payments will be taken close together or even on the same day. However, I can assure you that this does not impact the cost of your insurance in any way and can confirm that you only have 8 monthly payments due for this year.

If your boat has joint/multiple owners, we can add more than one name to our policies to include anyone who has a financial interest in the boat.
